PART 2

What is it?

Where do you plan to buy it?

What do you need in order to buy this object?

Why have you decided to purchase this item?

What are the alternatives if you don’t purchase this item?

ANSWER

We now use public transportation or motorbikes because of that, we have to depend on the schedules of public transportation when using taxis, buses, and trains, and that kills our time and energy. And I think that using our motorbike is unsafe.

So we often feel the need for a personal car because it would give us great freedom when it comes to commuting.

That’s why I’m considering buying a crossover MPV next year. Its brand name is Xpander.

The Mitsubishi Xpander is a car manufactured by Mitsubishi Motors since 2017, which is a Japanese multinational automobile manufacturer headquartered in Minato, Tokyo, Japan.

I would like to buy it because its price is quite reasonable and it is durable. And it has also attracted a great deal of attention and quickly achieved many successes.

My family and I are really into traveling, so I think that car can accommodate our needs. I believe owning a personal car would give us far more flexibility and autonomy, so we would then be able to go to many different places more frequently in our free time and enjoy our time as a family.

Owning a private car also eliminates our dependency on public transportation, allows us to avoid busy roads, and allows us to attend more social programs as a family.

Actually, I don’t know a lot about cars, so it depends on my husband. He has searched for a lot of information and reviews on the internet. And we are considering purchasing it at Truong Hai Auto, one of the largest car companies in Vietnam, located in Binh Tan district.

The reason we want to buy from this company is because it has the largest car collection in VN, and their after-sales service and support are excellent.

In order to buy this car, we have to accumulate as much money as possible because it costs about $300,000, which is a large amount of money for us. Currently, we save about 200,000 dollars. So hopefully, next year, we will have enough money to buy it.

If I don’t buy this car, I will take my family to America to travel. Because I’ve seen a lot of magnificent cities in movies with spectacular views, it would be amazing to check them out in real life with my family.

  1. With so many choices these days, how do people decide what product to buy?

Nowadays, with the advent of the internet, we can read customer reviews on the internet or ask our friends or relatives that use or own an object that we are going to buy for recommendations. It’s really helpful because they can give useful advice.

Aside from that, I think factors like price, quality, and brand loyalty can also affect people’s choices.

  1. How has technology helped customers select the right products?

I believe that technology plays an important role in helping customers buy products.

We can use mobile phones or computers to compare prices and goods anywhere and anytime. And we also get customer reviews online, so we can choose the best one.

  1. Is this technology always beneficial?

I think most of the time. But sometimes, it has some drawbacks, like buying a dress that doesn’t fit me or doesn’t have the same high quality as advertised.

  1. Will the way people select and purchase goods in the future be different than today?

No. I think any person who wants to buy any products will look for some advice from users and compare prices before making a purchase.

  1. Do you think online shopping will completely replace traditional shopping in the future?

In my opinion, online shopping will never completely replace high-street shops, as there will always be a small demand for going into stores.

However, if we are talking about which will become the most popular form of shopping over the coming years, it is hard to see how shops can compete with their online counterparts.

  1. Why is shopping in person better than online?

From my perspective, traditional shopping lets consumers see the actual product so they can touch, feel, or try it on before purchasing it. As a result, it is less risky and more tangible, while other factors are impossible to know when online shopping, like the quality of material, comfort, range of motion, and functionality.

  1. What are the differences between traditional consumers and online consumers?

In my humble opinion, when it comes to traditional shopping, the customer may consume a lot of time to figure out what they want due to a lack of proper information, less variety, and fewer choices for comparison.

On the other hand, online shopping saves time searching for information, costs less, and compares prices and products from any part of the world.

  1. What are the different factors that will make people buy their products?

When it comes to making a purchase, I reckon that they consider various things, like the characteristics of the product, the price, the availability of the product at the required location, and much more. Moreover, the personal factors include age, occupation, lifestyle, social and economic status, and the gender of the consumer.

  1. How is shopping different now compared to how it was in the past?

Several decades ago, shoppers would almost always visit stores in person, ready to make a purchase that day. Today, people can browse a catalog and place an order through the mail or by phone.
